Not only EasePorts works with manufacturers and suppliers across the world to source the most helpful products at the prices that suit you, but we also provide quality assurance of all the products for you in order to maximize your shopping experience with us. 

So please allow between 20-25 days for your order to arrive (most of the items will arrive in 8-15 days). If more than 25 days have passed please email us at info@easeports to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. 

Please make sure that all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and / or missing information, we may be asked to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Delays can also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order can be delivered to you by the local post office or by a local courier service. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the postal service can leave a notice card to advise you on how and where you can pick up your delivery.

No remapping arrangements will be made in case packages are returned for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

Foreign Transaction Rate

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one quoted on our website. It may also be subject to a fee per transaction in foreign currency. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction pricing policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charge that your bank or credit card company may charge you. For more information about overseas transaction fees, contact your bank.

The prices of our store are shown in your local currency, but in USD at the time of payment. All transactions will be handled in USD on the payment page.
